I use the TherapyNotes platform to provide telehealth services and store client charts. 

The TherapyNotes client portal allows clients to easily schedule or request appointments, receive appointment reminders, update demographic information, receive documents, and securely provide payment. Telehealth is provided through the TherapyNotes platform.
